(Formerly listed as The Duke of Northumberland previously listed as The Northumberland Arms)

Late C18. Two storeys and attic. Stucco, five windows, double-hung sashes in reveals, flat arches. Solid central porch with semi-circular archway with cornice moulding, cornice and blocking course. Doorway with radiating fanlight. Cornice and parapet, the latter with 'The Northumberland Arms' in early C19 raised stucco lettering. Slate mansard roof with gable ends and three flat topped dormers. Two storey identical wings at each end. Each wing has a one storey outbuilt stucco ground floor with a central door, with a narrow sash window on each side. Cornice over blocking course. The second storey, which is set back, has one sash window and a band continues the cills, parapet, hipped slate roof.
