Townhouse dated 1820.
MATERIALS: Stock brick with stone-coped parapet.
EXTERIOR: Three storeys, two-windows. Gauged flat brick arches to sash windows with glazing bars, some replaced, that on ground floor with external panelled shutters and set in elliptical arched recess. Six-panel door with cornice head and patterned radial fanlight set in round-arched recess.
INTERIOR: Not inspected.
REASONS FOR DESIGNATION: 25 Cornwall Road SE1 is designated for the following principal reason:
* Architectural interest: a good example of an early-C19 townhouse dated 1820.
