2. Early C18 house with late C18 and later alterations. Two storeys and attic. Five windows wide including central projecting canted bay having subsidiary windows at first floor level on the splays and a modern entrance at ground floor, and to the right of this a large first floor segmental bay with, 3-light window, resting on 4 slender columns. Tiled roof with timber cornice below eaves to left section. Mansard roof and console cornice to canted bay and parapet above small cornice to the segmental bay. Wall on street of brick with gate piers with stone ball finials. (R.C.H.M. Middx. Vol.)
