2. C17 origins. Gable later. Forms a pair with Avenue Lodge Cottage which stand either side of its avenue leading to Ham House. Two storeys. Brick built with tiled roof and brick modillion cornice table to eaves. Three windows wide with central window and hooded entrance set in advanced bay with Dutch gable. Oak roof inside.
