Row of cottages. Circa mid C18. Red brick, partly painted. Old plain tile roof pitched to eaves. Balanced composition. 2 storeys, 7 bays altogether, with outer 1 bay cottages set forward under separate hipped roof. Entrances to outer bays of inner cottages and to return elevations of outer. Projecting timber canopies; planked doors. Square gauged headed windows blocked to third and fifth bays of upper storey. Centre windows divided by party walls. Sashes, glazing bars. Brick modillion eaves cornice. Dormer window to each of centre cottages, casements, plate glass. Tall stacks. Original cottage interior to No 19; other interiors not inspected.
