Gate Lodge 1865: Bazalgette. Single storey. Yellow brick with red and black brick dressings and slated roof. Pedimented cross gable to left with single round headed sash window door to right. Band course at springing level. Finely gauged red brick arched to each opening. Paired sash windows to flank. Side entrance door. Listed mainly for group value with main pumping station.
