Cottage. Now store. C17 with mid-C19 alterations and additions. timber-framed, painted brick infill and replacement walling, plain tiled roof with boxed eaves, and brick ridge stack. Three framed bays; two storeys.

Framing: 2 + 2 square panels from sill to wall-plate, long straight braces in lower corners of east gable end and left bay of front elevation; first floor slightly jettied with plain bressummers, gable ends have collar-and-tie-beam trusses with six queen struts and V-strut in apex.

Front elevation: ground floor windows and doorways have plank weatherings; one two-light casement and a blocked window of similar size now boarded up, two first floor two-light casements, and two ledged and battened doors, one at far left and one to right of centre. Attic lights in gable ends.

Interior not inspected.

Lean-to extension runs full length of rear elevation.
