Former barn about 73 metres south-east of Offerton Farmhouse

Former threshing barn, later a straw barn, converted to offices c2006.. Probably late C18, with mid-C19 and mid-C20 alterations and repairs. Timber-framed on lias limestone rubble plinth with brick patching; weatherboarded, brick in English bond at south-west gable end, plain tiled, half-hipped roof. Roughly nine framed bays, with wagon bays in the third and seventh bays from the south-west end, each with large C20 double doors. Framing: three square panels from sill to wall-plate, interrupted by access points.
Interior: roof has late C19, large board ridge, intermediate tie-beam trusses with raking queen struts and a single row of trenched purlins.
