House. C17, restored mid-C20. Timber-framed, rendered infill, brick replacement walling, thatched roof, hipped at east end. Three framed bays, rebuilt external chimney with off-sets and detached stack at west gable end and rear east bay. Single storey and attic with dormers.

Framing: wall-framing includes replacement timber; three panels from sill to wall-plate, some short straight upper braces, collar and tie-beam trusses, truncated at east end, west end truss having two struts to collar.

Front elevation to south: windows are C20 leaded casements; ground floor has a pair of two-light windows in the west bay, a two-light window in the right bay and an eyebrow dormer with a two-light casement in each bay; central entrance has a C20 thatched timber-framed porch and stable door. Attic lights in gable ends.

Interior not inspected.

Large C20 extension at rear.
