GV II
House. Possibly C16, extensively altered during late C19 and C20. Square panelled timber-framing with part painted brick and part C20 infill on sand- stone rubble plinth, tiled roof. Three bays aligned east/west facing south with large rear lateral stack; entrances to south front. Two storeys with jettied upper floor to south; four 2-light casement windows on first floor, one ledged door to left, two 2-light casement windows to. right; further ledged door and 2-light casement window to right and second 2-light casement window and ledged door further to right. Interior: frame largely hidden. (RCHM, Vol III, p 165, item 26).
