MOCCAS CP - SO 34 SE 4/36 Lower Moccas Farmhouse 20.2.53 - II
Farmhouse. Early and late C17 with some mid-C20 alterations. Timber-frame with rendered and painted brick infill on a rubble plinth under a stone tile roof. L-plan, front range of three bays extending to west, other range of late C17 to south. Axial stack towards west end of front range. North front of one storey with attic lit by two gabled dormers. Three windows, two 3- light casements and a 2-light casement to the left. Entrance to left of centre has a wooden architrave and a ledged and boarded door. Framing: three square panels high with straight angle braces. The rear wing is taller with two rectangular panels with straight tension braces.
