Three houses, now two houses and a shop. C15 with some mid-C19 and mid-C20 alterations. Timber-frame with rendered and painted brick infill under a tile roof. Three framed bays aligned north/south. Main chimney stack to rear (east) with a brick shaft. West front of two storeys, jettied, with four windows, two-light casements except that to right of centre which has three lights. Ground floor has a shop front to right with two plate glass windows flanking a glazed door. To left, four two-light casements. Entrance to left-hand corner has a four-panel door, that to centre has a half-glazed door. Framing is two square panels high to each floor with curved angle braces. The jetty is supported by curved brackets rising from pilasters. The ground floor wall-plate is moulded. (RCHM, 3, p 200, no 35).
