Former coach house and cellar. Early C18. Red brick, hipped plain tile roof, rear brick stack. One storey with unlit attic, moulded brick string above opening stepped up to left. Central door approached by steps, providing attic access, in a wooden moulded architrave; on ground floor two blocked semi-circular arched coach bays (now a door and a window) to left; to right three segmentally headed openings.
Cellar: separate access about 15 metres to east of coach house. 30 metres long by 6 metres wide, segmental barrel vault approached by steps through segmentally headed arch over double doors with perforated heads. Six light bays on north side, a blocked entrance at west end.
