Shop and house. Mid-late C18. Front of red and blue brick in contrasting Flemish bond, gable ends and rear of coursed limestone rubble with brick dressings. Concrete tile roof; brick stack. 2 storeys, 3 first floor windows. Central part-glazed fielded - panel door in wooden architrave with hood on brackets, flanked by sash in flush wooden architrave to right, and 2 similar to left. 2-course stepped brick first floor band. First floor has 2 similar sashes to centre and right, and a tripartite sash with glazing bars to left. All windows have segmental arches in contrasting brick. Stepped brick eaves. Stands gable end to street; left gable end has quoins, part-glazed door beneath rectangular overlight, and round-headed attic sash with glazing bars under brick arch in brick coped and tumbled Sable* Interior: small entrance hall has open-well staircase with Chinese Chippendale balustrade and fielded panel doors with architraves.
