GV II Shop with dwelling above. Early to mid C19. Brick in Flemish bond, pantile roof. 3 storeys, 2 bays. Late C19 shop front with central 4-pane window flanked by doors, that to left of 4-panels with overlight, that to right half-glazed with overlight. The whole is articulated by panelled pilaster strips with scrolled consoles supporting dosserets, frieze and cornice. First and second floors: 4-pane sashes beneath flat brick arches. Paired brackets hold guttering. Hipped roof. End stack. Included for group value.
