House. Early C19 with extension of 1904, reputedly by Temple Moore, to left. Brick with stone dressings, slate roofs. Main elevation to garden of 3 storeys, 3 bays. Symmetrical elevation. Centre bay breaks forward into 2 storey 3-window canted bay rising through full height of house. Stone steps to central sash door with raised and fielded lower panels; all other windows sashes with glazing bars in plain surrounds, with stone sills, under gauged brick flat arches. Coped parapet conceals low pitched triple span roof with hips to main elevation and coped gables to rear. Stacks in roof valleys. Rear elevation has irregular fenestration. Extension to left of 2 storeys, 3 bays, connected to house by lower 2-bay wing in same character. Ground floor has sash door to right, and 2 sashes, all with glazing bars in plain surrounds under relieving arches with raised stone key-blocks. Stone sills, stone sill and lintel bands. 3 sashes to first floor, all with glazing bars in plain surrounds and stone lintel bands. External end stack to left, end stack to right, raised gables with shaped stone kneelers on corbelled-out brickwork. Interior not inspected.
