C18 origins, recently restored. Two storeys in brick with pantile roof and dentil brick eaves cornice. Three windows, wood cases, replaced hung sashes with Blazing bars. Two windows to ground floor. Modern pedimented doorcase and door of six fielded panels. Flat arched modern carriage entry.
Included as part of a group.
Nos 1 to 31 (odd) and the Avenue Hospital, stables and wall form a group. No 21 (including former No 19) is of local interest.
