TA 0339 BEVERLEY RAILWAY STREET (north side) 10/294 Nos 13 to 33 (odd) 1.3.50 2.7.69 GV II Laid out in the 1840's by Edmund and Gregory Page, the latter of whom lived at No 13. The street at that time was known as Albert Street. A row of brick houses on 3 storeys. Each house has 2 windows on the 1st floor and 1 on the ground floor, many with original glazing bars, carved lintels. Substantial wood doorcases of engaged fluted Ionic column with entablatures, and with panelled reveals matching the 6-panel doors. The doorway of No 13 is wider, the columns stand on small plinths, and there is a moulded pediment. The corresponding doorway at the other end of the row has been removed (see No 35 and Premises occupied by the Catholic club). Some foot scrapers. There are similar doorways to Nos 64 and 65 North Bar Without.
