Probably early C19 with extensive late C19 alterations. Two storeys and attic in red brick. Slate mansard roof with two gabled dormers with carved bargeboards. Two windows. Canted two-light late C19 square bay window at first floor. One window of two lights to ground floor. Doorcase in wood with flat cornice on brackets and fanlight. Small additional passage doorway to west with rectangular fanlight. Included as part of a group.
