CRANBROOK BAKER'S CROSS, (WEST TQ 73 NE SIDE) 3/17 Sheafe's House and 20.6.67 Little Baker's Cross (formerly listed as Little Baker's Cross ) - II
House, now divided. Mid C18. Part framed with red brick ground floor, weather- boarded above. Wooden modillion eaves cornice to plain tiled roof with part projecting end stacks. Three storeys. Sashes on first and second floor with open boxes; on first from only with projecting cornice mouldings over. Outer ground floor octagonal bays with modillion cornices to flat heads and sashes. Central panelled door in Tuscan pilastered surround with cornice hood and panel- led reveals (entrance to Little Baker's Cross). Entrance to Sheafe's House on left-return front.
