Sundial. 1641 on pedestal although it is not certain if this is the actual date. Stone with copper dial and gnomon. Octagonal baluster on stone pedestal. R Heape, Inscribed Dated Stones and Sundials in and adjoining the Ancient Parish of Rochdale, 1926.
