Cottage pair. Early C18 and extended late C20. Timber framed and weather-boarded
on first floor, tile hung to return elevations, with red brick in irregular
English Garden Wall bond on ground floor. Plain tiled roof. Two storeys and
garret with gambrel roof and central stack. Four 3-light wooden casements on
first floor, and 2 to centre on ground floor, with boarded doors to right and to
left, the latter in C20 hipped porch. C20 extension to end left, recessed, of 2
storeys with 1 wooden casement on each floor, the materials and details identical
to main range. Catslide outshot to rear. Interior: fully framed rear wall;
large open fireplaces.
