CRANBROOK HAWKHURST ROAD TQ 73 SE (east side) 6/137 - Turk's Place - II
Farmhouse, now house. C16 with C18 wing to rear at right and C19 cladding. Timber framed on red brick plinth and tile hung. Red brick ground floor to right return front with weatherboarding on first floor. Plain tiled hipped roof with gablet to left and tall ridge stack with deep arched panels on sides to right and to front. 2 storeys; irregular three window fenestration with doubled French casements in hipped bay to extreme right. Low C20 single storey wing to left. Right return front of 2 storeys with 4 window first floor and 3 window ground floor. Arched doorway to right with deep C18 cornice hood over. Main entrance to rear. Interior: Substantial framing visible with some curved braces.
