2. Mid C18. 4 storeys painted brick. Stone coping. 2 sashes set in moulded wooden architraves with glazing bars intact except on first floor which has cast iron balconettes. Later shopfront. Left side C18 shopfront having fine rectangular fanlight with shell glazing bars and 6 panelled door.

Nos 23 to 37 (consec) and the Christchurch Gateway form a group.
