BENENDEN TQ73SE COLDHARBOUR ROAD 1350-0/2/7 Iden Green Farmhouse II House, formerly farmhouse. Early C17 2 bay lobby entrance house refronted in early C19. Timber-framed, ground floor clad in weatherboarding on stone plinth, 1st floor tile hung. Tiled roof with tall central brick chimneystack. 2 storeys: 2 windows. C19 casements. Central gabled weatherporch and plank door penticed outshut to left and rear. Interior has exposed box-framing and ingle nook fireplaces. Early C18 2-panel door with L-hinge.
