Details

RAMSGATE THE PARAGON TR 3764 SE & TR 3864 SW 18+19/288 No. 10 and railed Area 13.9.74 GV II Terrace house. Circa 1816. Rendered with slate roof. Four storeys and basement with parapet to roof with stacks to left and to right. Two late C20 wooden casements on 3rd floor, 1 wooden casement and 1 sash on 2nd floor, all with segmental heads. Two French windows on 1st floor with verandah with moulded elliptical arches on trellis-piers with Gothick pattern balustrade. Bow to basement and ground floor, with 2 sashes with vertical glazing bars and half-glazed door to right with semi-circular fanlight at head of flight of 5 steps. Sash and half-glazed door to basement. Spear head rails. See item 19/284 for historical description. Included for group value.
