3 Houses, now one. C18 exterior. Mathematical tiles on most of front elevation, right end of front elevation brick, gable ends rendered, plain tile roof. 2 storeys with hipped roof. Ridge stack off-centre to left, projecting stack at right end, 2 truncated projecting stacks at left end, one to main block, one to lean-to. 5 2-light casements, 2 to left of stack, 3 to right. Half-glazed door towards left end. Main door now in rear lean-to at right end. 2 short rear wings, one towards right end and one adjacent and parallel to it towards centre, rendered, with plain tile roofs. 2 storeys. Roof of right wing gabled, roof of central wing hipped. Single storey rear lean-to parallel to main block between left end and central wing. One single-storey C19 or C20 brick lean-to at right-angles to main block along right side elevation of right rear wing.
