SK 36 SE PARISH OF STRETTON ASHOVER NEW ROAD 2/69 (South Side) Toll Bar Cottage II
Toll bar cottage, now house. Early C19, extended 1980's, Coursed squared sandstone with gritstone dressings and quoins. Plain tile roof with band of stone slates to eaves. Central brick ridge stack. Single storey, single bay. Large ogee gable to west. Flush quoined doorcase to north with glazed, panelled door. To south, large six pane window with single pane casement. North elevation has two C20 narrow windows. Large rendered extension to south.
