Details

PARISH OF BARLOW GRANGE LANE SK 37 SW 10/6 Highashes Farmhouse 31.1.67 II Farmhouse. Early C18. Squared coal measures sandstone with flush quoins, coped gables with moulded kneelers, gable and end ridge brick stacks and a stone slated roof. Two storeys, three bays with two doorways, each with massive lintels and heavy quoined surrounds. C20 half glazed doors. Between the doorways, and at either end, stacked 3-light flush mullioned windows, the mullions slightly recessed and narrower than the surrounds. C18 diamond leaded lights and C19 glazing bar casements.
