Farmhouse, two cottages and barn under continuous roof, now farmhouse, one cottage and camping barn. C18 and C19. Coursed limestone rubble with gritstone dressings and quoins. Stone coped gables with plain kneelers to west. Stone slate roof. Two stone ridge stacks and one gable end stack to east. Six bay house, two bay barn. Two storeys, except central section of two storeys, plus attics. South elevation - segmental arched doorcase with flush jambs. C19 panelled door with four glazed panels, To east, 3-light flush mullion window with glazing bar sashes. To west, similar 2-light window. Above, to east, shallower 3-light mullion window with plain sashes. Above, to eaves, inserted C20 window. To west, 2-light flush mullion window with similar, shallower, window directly over. To east, line of quoins and C19 addition. Glazed and panelled door in flush surround with adjoining window in flush surround to west. Large glazing bar sash in flush surround to east. Two similar, smaller, sashes above, To west of atticked section, on different level because rise in ground, 2-light flush mullion window with C20 casements and beyond C20 door with adjoining window in flush surround. Above two 2-light flush mullion windows, with plain sashes or casements. Further to west, barn with stone steps up to plank door at east end. Large segmental archway to west with projecting keystone. Double plank doors. To either side, windows in flush surround. Further similar opening to east. Above blocked hayloft opening with flush surrounds. Similar opening with fixed window to west.
