BIBURY BIBURY VILLAGE SP 1006-1106 11/65 Outbuilding and stable approximately lOm north of Bibury Court Hotel GV II Former house, now outbuilding with attached stable. Late C16; early C19 stable. Random rubble limestone; roughcast render; ashlar chimneys; stone slate roof to stable, concrete tile to outbuilding. Two-storey former house; stable at north end Central former 3-light recessed cavetto mullioned casement with hoodmould on east side, now with mullions removed and fixed-light installed; early iron tie-rod plate above. Tudor arched doorway to right with plank door. Two doorways to C19 stable, right with rectangular light over. Ridge-vent to stable and chimney to north gable end; cut down chimney to former north gable end of house. Inserted loft doorway with timber lintel and plank door to south gable end. C19 inserted internal stair. Included for Group Value.
