Former barn with coach house in south-east end and loft over; coach house now garages. C18. Random rubble limestone; ashlar dressings; stone slate roof. Pair of garages recessed in south east end; loft over. South east end has large segmental arch and raking buttresses flush to end wall; 1 piece of tufa limestone set centrally over arch; roof half-hipped at end with ball finial. Loft doorway with timber lintel and plank door on south west side reached by stone steps with nosing to top landing; small timber window to right; exposed beam ends. Small plank door with timber lintel on north east side. Blank north west gable end. Tie-beam and collar truss roof with 2 rows of purlins. C20 garage doors set back from arch. Included for group value.
