Stables with loft over. C18. Random rubble limestone; dressed
quoins; stone-slate roof. 2 bays of stabling; loft steps at
west end. South front has 2 stable doors with timber lintels,
now with sliding plank doors; small windows flanking with timber
frame and timber lintels. Stone steps approach from 2 sides to
landing with nosing; 4 further steps to loft doorway with plank
door and timber lintel; exposed purlin ends in sable. Back is
built into bank. Included for group value.
