II

Farmhouse. C17 and C18. C18 ashlar facade coursed squared and
dressed limestone gable ends and rear wall. C17 part, left,
coursed squared and dressed limestone. Roofing: limestone slate
with flat coping gable ends of both parts. C18 block added to
right of C17 'L' shaped farmhouse. C17 part 2-storeys and
garret; C18 part 2-storeys and attic lit by 2 dormers from roof
with C20 wood casements. C17 part: 1:1 windowed. 2 and 3-light
stone mullioned casements to first floor and garret. 12-pane
sashes to ground floor. C18 part: 3 windowed 12-pane sashes with
moulded architraves and bull nosed sills to first floor windows.
Beaded surrounds to ground floor windows. All sashes have 2cm wide
glazing bars. Central, 6-panel door, upper panels glazed, in plain
surround with beaded moulding. Flat, wooden canopy over. Rear
wall has 3-light stone mullioned windows.
