2. 1891. Built for Edith Spear Mann in memory of her husband. Rock faced stone with half-timbered gable end. Two storeys. Elaborate half-timbering with oriel window bargeboards and finial to gable. Three pedimented dormers on north side, one flat topped on south side. Tall lantern with corniced roof on ridge. Stone stacks. Tudor style detailing including a quotation from Ruskin 'Every noble life leaves the fibre of it interwoven for ever in the Work of the World'.
