House. Early to mid C16, part rebuilt and extended in C17, refronted and further extended early to mid C18. Timber frame. Rendered and part weatherboarded. Stuccoed brick refronting. Hipped tiled roof. Early 2 bay former cross wing to right incorporated in a larger L shaped range. Broad 3 bay front. 2 storeys. Ground floor: entrances to left of centre and at right end, part glazed, panelled recessed doors with bracketed hoods. To centre is an early C19 flat headed canted bay window with glazing bar sashes, outer recessed glazing bar sashes. Plat band to first floor with central tripartite and outer plain glazing bar sashes, all recessed. Moulded eaves band. Slightly lower ridge on C17 wing to rear left. Left end C19 external stacks, ground floor weatherboarding, some C18 brick facing towards rear. Much lower ridge on C16 wing to rear right, a C19 external stack, ground floor weatherboarding, 2 light flush frame small pane casement. To rear C17 wing extends further with a ground floor tripartite sash and a first floor 2 light casement. To centre lean-to and flat roofed additions. From C16 bays a lean-to outshut and kitchen wing extend at an obtuse angle to main range, 1 storey, rendered and tiled. Interior: early bays have a Tudor arched hollow moulded door frame, large bull nosed joists to former rear jetty, jowled posts, cambered tie beam. Stop chamfered axial bearers in C17 range.
