Large detached town house. Early C18. Rubble stone, limewashed, hipped stone slate roof with overhanging eaves, 3 large stepped external stone stacks each with paired diagonally set ashlar flues with moulded cornices. Square range with small coursed rubble and brick wing to right, 2 storeys. Five windows, 12-pane sashes in moulded stone architraves, 4 similar on ground floor with continuous dripmould. Central large stone doorcase with double doors, each with 2 large recessed panels, in wide moulded stone architrave. Large segmental moulded pediment over with small plain oval light in tympanum. Internal shutters remain in ground floor front rooms. Interior not accessible but may be of interest.
