GV II
Large square gazebo, built into wall of churchyard to north west of house. Early/mid C18. Roughcast with alternating chamfered quoins and scribed rendered quoins surrounding moulded stone architraves of openings. Swept pyramidal stone slate roof with moulded wood eaves cornice, stone ball finial on cross saddlestone, and small ashlar stack in north-east corner with moulded cornice. Double doors on north side in centre of wall (i.e., not at ground level) of 5 fielded panels each in moulded stone architrave. Large 18-pane sashes to east and west walls, also in moulded stone architrave, with door below on east side. Seven stone steps up on south side to door of 6 fielded panels with 9-pane light over, the two with continuous moulded stone architrave.
