GV II

Formerly two cottages, converted to one house. Late C171early C18, converted in late 1950s. Coursed rubble stone, stone slate roof, stone end stacks. Single range with small lean-to at rear, 2 storeys and attic. Five windows, renewed 2-light leaded stone mullion and transoms with stone arches on first floor, 4 similar on ground floor without arches but with square hoodmoulds and central moulded stone doorcase with pediment on consoles and keystone, and recessed door with 5 panels. Two small hipped dormers with twin casements to front, single small central gable to rear. Large raised stone forecourt across whole of front, up 5 stone steps. Pair of dressed stone gatepiers with pyramidal caps and pineapple finials about 2.5 m total height, on ends of drystone wall with flat coping stones, about 2 m high along front and left hand return, stepping up immediately beyond left hand gatepier.
