Farmhouse. Dated on diamond shape stone on east wall "1790 JM", built by James Musgrave. Coursed and dressed stone on punched stone plinth with alternating flush quoins, stone slate roof with coped verges, concrete end stack to north and stone stack to south. Double range, 2 storeys and attic. Gothick style. Garden front to north has 5 windows, centre 3 breaking forward Sliqhtly with additional set of quoins under pediment with plain stone banded moulding and large central glazed quatrefoil. Two-light stone mullion windows with plain stone architraves, with inverted V-shape heads and with Y tracery forming small square above the 2 lights. Ground floor has 4 similar and central projecting porch with similar outline and plain vertical-battened double doors. East and west walls have similar style windows. Rear (south) facade has 3 mullion and transoms and one 2-light stone mullion on first floor, large canted bay to left on ground floor, single storey projecting wing to right originally a kitchen.
