SEZINCOTE SEZINCOTE PARK SP 13 SE 4/124 Clock Tower, Home Farm Sezincote Estate GV 11* Open fronted store with storage above and clock tower. 1800 - 1805 by Samuel Pepys Cockerell and Thomas Daniell for Sir Charles Cockerell. Coursed squared and dressed limestone and brick first floor, limestone slate roof. Rectangular plan. 2 storeys. Open front to ground floor with 5 openings with wood lintels and limestone piers far right and far left. 2 double doors far right. Paired horizontal ventilation windows to first floor. Central tower with single light metal casement, pointed merlons arranged in squares at each corner of tower. Stone Mogul/Hindu style lantern housing clock with stepped pyramidal roof and weathervane, at apex. Double pitch roof at lower level to either side of tower with ornate pointed finials on square pedestals with moulded caps at eaves and ridge ends. Flat gable end coping. Access to first floor via steps up left gable end. Interior: curved tie beams.
