Detached cottage. Late C19. Coursed squared and dressed
limestone with ashlar quoins and window surrounds. Slate roof with
limestone gable coping and stacks. 'n'-shaped plan with wings
projecting back. 2 gable ends projecting forward slightly from
facade far left and right, porch projects forward from right-hand
gable. One storey and attic irregular fenestration, comprising 1
and 2-light stone-mullioned casements with stilted heads, C20 steel
casement over porch right. Double doors in left gable end.
Castellated porch with almost flat arched entrance. Plank door
within with moulded surround with curved corners. Roll-moulded
gable coping. Large moulded kneelers. Twin diagonal axial
stacks at right-hand end also. Interior not inspected.
