GV II
Semi-detached cottages. Late C17, altered probably early C20.
Rubble stone with alternating quoins, stone slate roof half-hipped
to No 30 on left, 2 rendered ridge stacks. Single range, single
storey and attic. Two gables, each with 2-light chamfered stone
mullion with square hoodmould and leaded iron casements. Between
is raking dormer on eaves with 2-light stone mullion. No 30 has
plank door to left and C20 two-light casement to right. No 31 has
plank door to right with new square hoodmould and 2 paired 6-pane
casements to left with brick quoins and stone square hoodmoulds.
Similar fenestration on right hand return.
