Details
SOUTH CERNEY SCHOOL LANE SU 0497-0597 (north side) 14/253 Village Hall GV II Former barn, now village hall. Probably late C18/early C19 barn converted early/mid C20. Rubble stone with some quoins, thatched roof with decorative ridge. Original half-hipped projected cart entry on south side now has set back doors of C20, boarded gable and alternating flush quoins. Two windows set in to each side, 2- light leaded stone mullion and transoms in flush stone surrounds. Similar 3-light to east end with 3 dovecote perches above in apex of gable end. C20 extension to rear not of special interest.
