House adjoining and possibly once part of The Old Manor House (q.v.). Mid C17. Limestone rubble with dressed stone quoins; ashlar stack repaired in brick. Rectangular plan. Two storeys and attic. Three-windowed entrance (north) front facing away from the road with an early three-light window with ovolo-moulded wood mullions and a two-light casement to the ground floor (the latter possibly set into a blocked doorway). Fenestration at first floor level from left to right; four-light stone-mullioned casement with a king mullion; two-light stone-mullioned casement, both windows with stopped hoods and moulded stone surrounds; single-light with moulded dressed stone surround. C20 plank door with timber lintel off-centre left. Gable-end stack with flat-chamfered plinth. Single small skylight on the north, two large skylights on the south. Interior not inspected.
