Detached house, unoccupied at time of survey and undergoing conversion to flats (November 1984). Mid C18. Roughcast faced over rubble stone with rendered alternating chamfered quoins, tile and single Roman tile roof, brick stacks, some rendered. Staggered double range. 3 storeys with single storey bay on front to right. 4 windows, 12-pane sashes to 1st floor, 9-pane to 2nd floor, 20- pane to ground floor, all with moulded stone architraves, triple keystones and sill brackets. Bay to right of centre has wide 2- storey porch with large 20-pane sash on 1st floor and projecting canted porch with 2 Doric columns flanking wide entrance. Very wide entrance door, of plank and vertical applied moulded strips with oval central window. Single storey bay to right has triple sash with similar surround as other windows, with cornice and blocking course. Staggered rear range directly behind has moulded cornice, front range having plain coped parapet. Interior not inspected but ground floor internal shutters remain on main range.
