(Formerly listed as House approximately 20m north of Antigua Cottages, SWELLSHILL)

Small detached house. Early C18; C19 addition. Random and coursed rubble limestone; ashlar chimneys; stone slate roof. Two-storey with attic; two storey rear wing.
South front: Two window two-light chamfered mullioned casement fenestration with hoodmoulds. Central doorway with lean-to porch hood and C20 glazed door. Gable ends to east and west, east with chimney having plain cap, west with blocked upper floor doorway at road level and central attic fixed-light. Rear wing has gable-mounted rendered chimney. C20 flat-roofed rear addition is not of special interest.
