12/71 Dairy and granary immediately south west of Priory House

GV II

Former granary and dairy, now outbuilding. C17 granary; C19 dairy addition. Random and coursed rubble limestone; stone slate and plain tile roofs. Two-storey. North side: granary to right has stone steps to gabled loft doorway with plank door; dog kennel recess under stairs. Ground floor doorway with timber lintel to left of stairs with plank door. Granary extended left with lean-to roof to dairy behind, this part containing bread oven. Pentice roof to dairy extends to left with hipped corner. Heavy plank door to dairy with 2-light recessed cavetto mullioned casement over; C19 casement with timber lintel to left of door. Dairy has 2 gables to east and west ends. South side: 2-light mullioned casement to ground and upper floors of dairy; gabled loft opening to granary. Forms part of Priory Farm grouping with church.
