Detached farmhouse. C17 with large mid C18 addition. Timber framed; brick; brick and rendered brick chimneys; clay plain tile roof. Single-storey with attic; 2-storey with attic addition to south with rear outshut. East front: C18 house to left with 3-window fenestration; doorway to right with 6-panel part-glazed fielded door and timber porch with Regency hood; outer windows are sashes with keyed brick flat arches; central upper floor small-paned casement; brick dentil course to eaves. C17 small framing to right with gable in centre; scattered C20 casements. North end: small framed gable end with 2 curved braces; rendered plinth; weatherboarding to gable apex; row of C19 attic casements, bracket of sill oriel below those in centre; C20 off-centre casement below; paired rendered ridge-mounted chimneys at junction with C18 house; brick ridge-mounted chimney to C18 gable end; off-centre attic casement below. South end: rendered gable and side of outshut; raised plank door with segmental arched head in outshut; C19 off-centre attic casement; rendered ridge-mounted chimney. West side: outshut stops short of north end; scattered small-paned casements; glazed porch to rear of C17 house with raking roof dormer over. Interior not inspected.
