House at end of row. C17 and C18 incorporating earlier work. Limestone ashlar,
stone slate roof. A one-bay building with gable to the street and plain return
gable with corbelled external stack. Two storeys and attic, one window; at
ground floor a late plate glass sash set within a large blocked arched opening,
with architrave and keystone to arch under an entablature. First floor has
3-light chamfered mullion casement with C18 architrave and floating cornice; in
gable above a 2-light chamfered surround casement under a floating cornice. To
right is C20 flush door to plain stone lintel, over which a small single light
chamfer mullion casement with stopped hood. Gables are coped, and the left end
has rusticated quoins.
